MANAGEMENT

UMSEBE is owned and managed by the two partners of the company, namely:

  • Mr Titus Masuku; and
  • Mr Bennie van der Merwe

Titus Masuku is the Managing Director with overall control of all facets of the company's operations. Titus specialises in strategic planning, performance management systems and community liaison and public participation.

Bennie van der Merwe is responsible for the overall administration of the company and specialises in statutory planning, project management and feasibility studies.

HR CAPACITY

Our staff complement consists of a skilled experienced team that consists of professional town planners, GIS technician and project administrator. We also ensure that all staff are adequately experienced and trained in all facets of their work to ensure they are always working within their capabilities.

CAPACITY BUILDING

UMSEBE promotes continuous professional development and encourages all staff to attend company sponsored training courses on an annual basis. Achievements of staff are awarded and further encouraged by means of incentive schemes. The company has previously provided in-house training and bursaries to Town Planning students.
